Bio

So, yes, I'm from Michigan originally, and am now a grad student at Louisiana State University, who also works in Florida for part of the year. Needless to say, I move a lot. I'm pursuing a Ph.D. in biology (specifically ecology), and am looking at the responses of understory shrubs to varying canopy cover and fire regime in longleaf pine savanna (and therefore I get to play with fire!) :)
